It takes a great mind to admit when it reached its limitations. An even greater mind sees beyond limitations to behold the bigger picture and greater good. Therein lies the beauty of your thoughts creating your future. The carpenter’s rule to measure twice, cut once is easily adapted to moving forward along your path. Think twice, step once. Your first thought is what you want to bring about. Your second thought determines the best next step aware of all possible consequences. When your next step is taken, you are virtually assured it will lead to your desired result.

A star in the sky. The smell of rain. The sound of a happy baby. The serenity of the sun setting, All around you is a universe, perfectly harmonious. What stands between you and harmony? A question worth pondering.
Note: The word ponder is quite powerful it means to think about something carefully. To consider, contemplate or review something before making a decision or take action. This of course is right thought and can be said differently as think about what you’re going to think about.
Today’s message is from Mark, who shares:
This thing called the human condition has been a blight on this planet since man first learned to walk. What I find most interesting is how the planet doesn’t seem to mind. Day in, day out it travels around our sun and sustains life as we know it. The question becomes, who determines what conditions are right or wrong? The answer is too simple for most to comprehend, and stated in two words; you do. Simply stated, if you don’t like your conditions, change them. If you can’t see how to change them, change yourself. It all begins with choosing to control your mind and orchestrate your thoughts into a powerful ally rather than deadly foe.
Today’s message is from Mark, who shares: If you were to survey those around you in your daily life, what would be most important to them? Love, happiness, spiritual practice or is it clothes, cars, romance and toys? Take note whether you share the same interests deep within your awareness. For many exists a seed of discontent which can be a weed or your intent. Be sure what you’re cultivating with your thoughts and actions is what you want to harvest.
Note: Today’s message is an interesting perspective on the 3Rs — Right Meditation, Right Thought, Right Action, in that when you seek to cultivate or bring about specific results you often forget to look to see whether our environment is the right one. Ask yourself whether what you want to harvest will grow where you’re you currently are. If not, you either have to change what you want to harvest for change environments.
This is something I’ve struggled with in my life. Mark’s message is a reminder that when in Rome, do as the Romans do. Or leave Rome.
Today’s message is from Tau Chuan Ling, who shares:
Stillness, silence, meditation are several ways to say the same thing, consciously disconnecting your mind from thinking. Many seek the same result from drugs, but there are side effects that may not be desirable. By learning to quiet your mind on-command, you remove any barriers and filters from your awareness and begin to see things as they are. It’s these moments of reality where you accept your place in the universe and as the creator of your life.
Note: Learn to master the 3Rs: Right Meditation. Right Thought. Right Action.
