It takes a great mind to admit when it reached its limitations. An even greater mind sees beyond limitations to behold the bigger picture and greater good. Therein lies the beauty of your thoughts creating your future. The carpenter’s rule to measure twice, cut once is easily adapted to moving forward along your path. Think twice, step once. Your first thought is what you want to bring about. Your second thought determines the best next step aware of all possible consequences. When your next step is taken, you are virtually assured it will lead to your desired result.
As you walk your path, know that you are never alone. Joining you are your thoughts, emotions and dreams that too often block your vision of where you’re going. Of course, Spirit is always present if you choose to notice.

OpEd: Our thoughts are things. Each is the precursor to some result in our life. Only you can decide whether the result is desirable. Take a snapshot of your life as it is today. What works? What doesn’t work?
Workability is subjective. What works for you may not work for others. What matters is you create sufficient workability in you life as to not distract you from living life abundantly. Too many times, we walk our paths with our thoughts, emotions solving problems from the past or creating dreams for the future. The cost is our ignoring the present.
Right now, opportunity abounds. That is if you’re consciously aware of the space around you. The access to the present is stillness meditation. Regular stillness clears the thoughts from your mind allows for “mental feng shui” of your awareness. Once you’ve developed some space, you begin to see where you are and whether you like it, or not.
Once you’re present, living in this moment a world opens up for you. This world changes our perceptions of limitations, love and of being alive. Is it worth the effort? You bet.
But alas we arrive on Monday again, a day of some great significance. Why do so many choose to suffer so much based on the day of the week? Notice what you choose to believe about life.
A message from my Spirit Guide, Mark.
OpEd: So you think about Monday, so Monday becomes. The more I experience exactly how much our thoughts are things, the more I want to master stillness meditation and the control of my mind.
Each thought, regardless of the energy it seems to be given create and influence our reality. A subtle doubt or an insignificant worry or concern shade our actions much like a moon blocks the sun during a solar eclipse. You know it’s there, you’re not quite sure it’s real.
The beauty of a stillness meditation practice in conjunction with keeping a daily journal is you can see the nature of your thoughts and the daily results you accomplish. When your results are not to your liking, you can look at your thoughts. Over time, you will reveal the layers of your thoughts and thinking until your reach those at the very core of your identity and ego. This process is like peeling away the layers of an onion. Each layer reveals yet another layer until you reach the core.
What is interesting during this process is the loss of groundedness one can experience when the very fabric of life as they’ve know it is taken away layer by layer. Developing awareness in a journey toward enlightenment is a slow and steady process allowing us to pick and choose what we will replace our once cherished thoughts.
As a last thought, much has been written about the journey versus the destination. In the case of mastering the control of your mind and cultivating thoughts that support the life you want to bring about, this is certainly the case.
Behold your last 100 thoughts. Each the seeds of your life today. Have you planted weeds or objects you’ve chosen? Seeing thoughts as the source of your life is essential to having the harvest you want.
Message from my Spirit Teacher, Tau Chuan Ling.
OpEd: Your thoughts are real tangible things. It’s been said by many that so you think, so you are. So you think you will become, so you’ll become. Having known this for decades made today’s message from Tau Chaun Ling no surprise, but a timely reminders. That is until I saw the deeper meaning of today’s message.
Tau Chuan Ling said “your last 100 thoughts” are the seeds of your life today. I don’t know about you, but it doesn’t take very long for me to have 100 thoughts. And those last 100 are the seeds of my life today. I seen an immediacy to having “right thoughts”. The gestation period of a thought doesn’t have to be very long. In fact with proper mental control, there need not be any gestation period. From thought to reality in the blink of an eye. I will be having fun with this one for quite a while.
Just as water is the life source of the blue planet, thoughts are your life source. As with water there are many thoughts, but a rare few pure enough to nourish.
